General Application/Hiring Procedures for Summer Sessions

Although the Office of Summer Sessions actually hires all Academic Student Employees (ASE) for Summer Sessions' classes and programs, nominations are made by each academic department and approved by the respective College or School Dean. Therefore, if you are interested in applying for a particular ASE postion that we have posted here on the Summer Sessions Web site, you should contact the appropriate academic department contact person. Once the positions have been posted and the approved departmental nominations are forwarded to Summer Sessions, the Director will issue the appropriate appointment notification and supplemental documentation.
